How to Log In & more in the HR Portal

Important points:
- To obtain permits to access to “HR” portal, you must request access to IT.
- It is important to create the ticket to Helpdesk the same day the employee is registered in the portal to prepare the equipment.
- You must access from the Major Portal and login with your SSO account.
Log In:
- Go to the internet browser and open the Major Portal’s link: https://my.major.ws/
- When the site opens, click on « More » (the three points):
- Sign in with your SSO account credentials:
- The Major portal site will open, and you should have the "HR" icon/option. Click on “HR” to access:
- If the following page is displayed, click on « Login »:
General information :
- The HR’s principal page will open. According to you permit of access, you will see the options available for you: Employé Overview, Formation Overview, Covid-19.
- Also, depending on your permit of access you will be able to modify and/or add information in each option. Example « Employé overview » et « Formation overview »:
