Frequently Asked Question

Important notes:

• To make it work correctly, make sure that the NewFileGo application is opened while you are using Syteline or while you are generating a report on Syteline .
• If you don’t find the application, please create a ticket in the Helpdesk to IT install the application on your computer.

1. Go to the Desktop or Taskbar and verify if you have the « NewFileGo » icon application (usually it would be next to the Syteline’s icon):                                                                                                                                                                                            
2. Double click to open it. If it does not open, go to the Taskbar and click on the NewFileGo icon to open it:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
3. It will open, you don’t need to do anything on this window, just minimize the application:                                                                                                                                         
4. Now, when you generate a report on Syteline in Excel or PDF format, it will open automatically on the application set up by default, ex.: Microsoft Excel, Foxit, etc.
