Last Updated 3 years ago

Important points:

  • The chipset is installed in the frame of the screen, and it is scanned by a special scanner for this chipset.
  • This system has 2 cameras, to have 2 images: « Zoom In » and « Zoom Out », where the photos are taken.
  • If the case is there is not a chipset, because they are not available, the system has the option or button to indicate it: « Pas de puce », to be able to continue with the work.
  • If the barcode of the job is not scanned, the system won’t take the pictures.

Steps to follow:

  1. Home screen, to scan the barcode of the job from the Work Order sheet:                image
  2. Once the job is scanned, the system will display the follow screen with the job number, the button to close the job and the option to scan the chipset in the screen to the RFID, this after the hooks are installed. Then, you will find the information about the number of the piece that is in process, the initial date of the work and the button to indicate that there is not chipset installed in the screen:                                                             image
  3. When the hooks are installed, the next step is scanning the chipset to RFID. The system will display that the information is being uploaded in the RFID:                               image
  4. The system will indicate the information was successfully uploaded and it will synchronize it (ex. info + photos) with the data base for the other applications (ex. Quality):       image
  5. Once the data is well loaded and synchronized in the data base, the system will display it:   image
  6. After, the system will active the button of « CLOSE JOB » to close the job:              image
  7. Once the job is closed or the work will continue, the system goes back to the option to scan another chipset or screen, if not and the job is completed it, will return to the Home Screen to scan a new job:                                                                                        image
